This webpage serves as a point of contact and information for Lowcountry Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) – “…a group of volunteer citizens who are trained to assist, in their neighborhoods, for emergency and mass casualty response situations. We’re trained in first response, basic medical skills, search and rescue, and incident command for natural and man-made disasters such as hurricanes, earthquakes, fires, and terrorist attacks.” – Lowcountry CERT
